We care about your privacy. This app is designed to work primarily on-device without accounts, ads or tracking.
What we store
- Workout logs you create (exercises, sets) are stored locally on your device.
- Weekly activity (completed days, notes) is stored locally.
- Your preferences (e.g., weekly goal) are stored locally.
Optional data sources
- Health data: With your permission, we can read workouts from HealthKit to show history. We do not write to HealthKit.
- Photos: If you choose to upload a screenshot for parsing, only the selected image is used.
- Mentor & parsing: Messages you send to the Mentor and screenshots you upload are processed by an AI provider to generate responses/structured data.
How we use data
- Provide core features like logging workouts, weekly overview and advice.
- Generate Mentor replies and parse screenshots on demand.
- Provide support if you contact us (your message and optional logs).
Data sharing
- We do not sell your data and we do not use third-party analytics.
- Third-party processors used only to provide features you request:
- OpenAI API: to power Mentor chat and screenshot parsing.
- Apple frameworks: HealthKit (read), Photos (picker), Mail (support).
- Where possible, we configure providers to avoid using your data for model training.
Health data
- We read HealthKit workouts only after you grant permission.
- Health data is used to display and log your activity; it is not shared with advertisers.
- You can revoke permissions anytime in the Health app.
Retention & deletion
- Data is stored on your device. Deleting the app removes local data.
- You can request deletion or export by emailing us.
Your rights
- Access, correction, deletion: Contact us to request actions on your data.
- Consent: You can change Health/Photos permissions in iOS Settings.
Children's privacy
This app is not intended for children under the age where consent is required in your jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update this policy as features evolve. We will update the in-app policy and the effective date accordingly.
