By downloading or using the Reps app ("App"), you agree to the following terms.
Reps offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly and Annual) that unlock premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Reps may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription price. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
You agree to use the App for personal fitness tracking only. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Reps is not a medical device. The information provided (recovery estimates, training insights, mentor suggestions) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or modifying any exercise program.
Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud. See our Privacy Policy for details.
All content, design, and code in Reps are the property of the developer. You may not copy or reproduce any part of the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from use of the App.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
